Use of the Service

You may use AgentHippo only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for how you configure, deploy, and operate any agents, packs, or automations you run with the product.

Accounts, Access Codes, and Early Access

Some parts of AgentHippo are invite-gated or sold through paid access. Access codes and paid entitlements are provided for the person or organization that received them. We may suspend or revoke access for abuse, fraud, security issues, or violation of these terms.

Billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You are responsible for applicable taxes. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable for partial billing periods that have already started.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use AgentHippo to break the law or violate others' rights
• Do not attempt to bypass gating, billing, or security controls
• Do not abuse the service to distribute malware, spam, or unauthorized access tools
• Do not use shared or third-party credentials without authorization

Your Data

You retain rights to your content and configurations. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service, provide support, process payments, and maintain security. If you send product feedback, we may use it without restriction to improve AgentHippo.

Availability and Changes

AgentHippo may change over time. We may add, remove, or modify features, pricing, and access models. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, especially for invite-only or pre-release features.

Disclaimers and Liability

AgentHippo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the paid service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
